Opportunities
Louisville is a great place to live, work, and play. There has never been a great city that did not have a great arts and cultural life. The Louisville Cultural Council (LCC), with the support of the City of Louisville and the Scientific Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), sponsors a variety of free of inexpensive activities for the community throughout the year for all ages; adults, children, and families. If you have attended one of our events, you know what a contribution we make to this city.
It takes community involvement and support to make these events happen.
Here's how you can help:
- Apply to become a board member of the LCC. Several openings are expected in January of 2008;
- Volunteer at events;
- Give a tax deductible gift;
- Sponsor an event or event series.
